Before you ask
How much does a session cost?
Maternity starts at $450, Fresh 48 at $395, newborn at $600 and family at $450. Most families invest a little more with albums and fine art prints. You will always know the price before you book.
When should I book my maternity session?
The sweet spot is between weeks 28 and 34. Reach out early in your second trimester to hold your date.
When should I book newborn photos?
Ideally while you are still pregnant, around your second trimester. Newborn sessions happen in your baby's first two weeks at home, so we reserve a flexible window around your due date.
How long until I see my photos?
You'll get a sneak peek within a few days, and your full edited gallery within 3 weeks. Your online gallery has no expiration date; please download and back up your images.
What if I need my photos sooner?
If you have a real deadline, like a birth announcement or holiday cards, ask when you book. When the calendar allows, we offer rush delivery of your full gallery within 48 hours of your session for an additional $50. If we miss a rush deadline, the rush fee is refunded.
What if my baby arrives early or late?
Newborn dates are always flexible. We hold a window around your due date and confirm the exact day once your baby is here.
What is a Fresh 48 session?
A short documentary session during your baby's first 48 hours, in the hospital room or at home. No posing, just the tiny details and big feelings of finally meeting your baby.
What should we wear?
You will receive a styling guide with palettes that photograph beautifully. Soft neutrals and flowing fabrics always work.
Will you share photos from our session?
For new paid bookings, you choose whether to expressly authorize selected photos and short clips, including recognizable faces, for Mabille Photography's portfolio, website, social media and paid or unpaid campaigns promoting our photography services, or to choose no marketing use with the quoted Privacy Fee. The recorded option covers the booking. Each other adult signs a Form accepting that option and gives permission only for themselves and children they are legally authorized to represent. Previous agreements keep their recorded terms.
Can I ask you not to share any photos from my session?
Yes. Your delivered gallery is private. Choosing no portfolio or marketing use adds the ordinary Privacy Fee quoted for each session before signing. Your Agreement also states a fixed fee applicable after the first lawful portfolio or marketing publication. For a later request, new publications and new campaigns stop from the request; removal of existing publications follows your Agreement's payment condition and deadlines, with legal exceptions and individual permissions taking priority. Earlier agreements keep their own rules.
How do I book?
Choose your session, date and time in Book Now, then add your details and place your booking. Your personal link lets you finish and sign your agreement. Book Now shows whether full payment is required or you can choose a 25% booking payment with the balance due on your session date. Mini sessions are always paid in full. Your reservation is confirmed after the required payment arrives and your agreement is signed. Newborn and Fresh 48 dates may be provisional and are coordinated around your baby's arrival.
